Prior to creating RFB Consulting Gergely was both a lawyer and M&A insurance underwriter with more than 15 years of professional experience in advising blue chip clients on insurance and legal solutions in cross-border deals and investment processes.

His career is built on various EMEA markets, working on cross border deals in his former placements in London (England), Budapest (Hungary), Paris (France) and Casablanca (Morocco).

Gergely spent about 7 years as a corporate M&A lawyer at Allen & Overy in their Budapest and Casablanca offices. He joined AIG in 2011 and became member of the M&A Insurance team in London in 2012. Gergely’s experience as lawyer and insurance expert is unique on the international markets.
